as measured by ASTM E-97 test method.
Web Core was applied
to 1" thick 7PCF rigid acoustical fiberglass on a #4 mounting
and tested for noise reduction coefficient. The result was 0.80
NRC.
This pattern satisfactorily
passes physical requirements for type I as listed in G.S.A.
Federal Specification CCC-W-408A. (Federal Specification CCC-T-191
details test procedures required.)

Stain Resistance:
(ASTM D-1308, METHOD B-24 hour exposure followed by washing
with soap and water.) The fol- lowing staining agents resulted
in NO Stain on the material when using the aforementioned test
method.
Cleaning Procedures
Common dirt and stains may be removed from Web Core products
by rubbing lightly with a mois- tened cloth, sponge or stiff
bristle brush using a mild soap, detergent or non-abrasive cleanser.
It is important that clean water be used on a constant basis
and that the material be towel dried.
CAUTION! Strong organic
solvents (such as ketones) and harsh abrasive cleaners are not
recom- mended. These materials will cause dulling, discoloration
or softening of the vinyl, thus causing per- manent damage.
